Answers to most common questions
The app is compatible with all Chromecast models, Fire TV, and with any TV with Android operating system, like some models from Sony, Philips, Panasonic, etc.
1) Make sure that your Chromecast or TV is in the same WiFi network as your device. If you use VPN, make sure is turned off!
2) If the connection is ok, please reboot your phone, the router and the TV and try again
3) If the problem persists please email support!
Due to DRM restrictions (Digital Rights Management), some streaming apps will display a black screen. There is no way to bypass this restriction. It will appear with apps like Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, etc
Go to your device Settings App under “Screen Time” > “Restrictions” > “Content Restrictions” > “Screen Capture” > “Allow”
Please set the media volume on the phone to minimum. The volume can be controlled from your TV!
Please use the settings screen! There you can use some presets and also customize your session, until 1080p and 60 fps!
The resolution of your device does not match the one from your TV and black bars will appear! Please use settings screen and resize image, in some cases will give better results!
Zero Delay can be obtained in Default profile in most networks, or in High profile in high speed networks! For better performance try to move the router closer to your phone and TV. If your router supports 5 Ghz network, please connect both the phone and TV to that band!
The app uses official Apple API ReplayKit and only has access to the screen when you begin mirroring. The screen video goes directly to the TV and never leaves your local network, and we do not collect any session info or any other data!
